    A little bit about me

Hi, I'm Grant. With 20+ years of experience as a chaplain providing spiritual care and counseling in community and healthcare settings, I've learned the art of human connection on a deeply intimate level. However, my years of serving others took a toll on me, leading to empathy fatigue and burnout. I had to step away to focus on my own mental health.

My purpose is to draw on my expertise in empathy and compassion to assist others in cultivating these skills in their own life and relationships. I also share openly about my own journey with mental health and the importance of self care.

I'm sharing my knowledge and experience and building relationships with others making space for authenticity and mutual support.
